IAB student travel award reminder

BRYONET

LESS THAN A WEEK remains for applications.

The IAB Council announces the availability of 6 student travel awards of
up to US $200 for the Cape Town meeting. These awards will be available
to the first 6 students who apply for the award. Students must satisfy
the following criteria:

  • Be a member of IAB
  • Provide proof they are Ph. D. students (a statement from the advisor will suffice), Ph. D. candidates or Master students
  • Provide proof that they have an accepted abstract for a paper or poster presentation at the 2009 IAB meeting
  • Provide a budget of expenses for travel to and housing at the meeting
  • List other sources of funding for attending the meeting

Applications for the award must be RECEIVED by 7 July 2009
Applications should be sent by email attachment to Blanka Shaw
Awards will be announced about 10 July 2009.
